The 2021 Edinburgh Festival Fringe will to take place from 4-29 August. For 2021, we will be offering a international digital programme encompassing full-length and short films, music, theatre, dance, circus, cabaret, musicals, opera, comedy, spoken word, poetry, children’s and family shows, interactive and immersive work, visual and performance art.
Owing to public health considerations, it will, not be possible to enjoy a normal in-person Fringe this year. Any in-person activities are expected to be at a reduced scale and capacity, and may be limited to outdoor events. We will look to reintroduce an in-person programme once this is both possible and appropriate for our performing companies and artists, our neighbours and our audiences, whether this is in 2021 or 2022. But regardless of when a physical programme is next possible, we will bring C’s unique programming to the digital universe this August, and we look forward to seeing you there!
